The Leadership Institute is a four month training program designed specifically for middle managers and focused on leading people and teams. It offers 50 contact hours of training, including a 360 degree assessment and small group coaching to ensure that sustainable growth occurs.
The program eliminates trial and error learning, resulting in more efficient and more integrated development.
The Leadership Institute consists of full training days along with half day Leadership Learning Groups. These smal coaching lgroups ensure that the learning is well understood and integrated into everyday leadership practice.
Leadership Learning Groups provide a rich forum for coalition building among leadership peers. The result of these small group events is vicarious learning that dramatically shortens the learning curve for everyone.
