Leadership Learning Groups
Leadership Learning Groups are small group sessions where participants talk about how they are applying, or struggling with, the leadership ideas they espouse and/or are learning. The groups require presentation of current situations and provide opportunity to practice soliciting, integrating and offering feedback.
The Leadership Learning Groups can be used as part of any leadership development program or as a stand alone training tool.
Leadership Solutions can facilitate groups at your site, off site or through Train the Trainer material that has been developed, your staff can be trained to facilitate groups of your own.
